Procedure:

To obtain 1000ml base of 3mg/ml nicotine
Add all 25 bottles of Nicotine Base to this bottle containing 750ml PG/VG

To obtain 500ml base of 6mg/ml nicotine
Add all 25 bottles of Nicotine Base to the empty 500ml bottle and add 250ml of PG/VG from this bottle

The remaining amount of PG/VG in this bottle can be kept for later use to mix 250ml PG/VG with another 25 bottles of Nicotine Base
